1. Agreement

By using thesocialplanet.nl ("the website") or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

The Social Planet provides digital marketing services including local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and AI discoverability (GEO) for local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately with each client before work begins.

3. Pricing & payment

Pricing shown on the website is indicative and excludes VAT. Final pricing is confirmed in a separate service agreement. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

4. Results

While we use proven methods and work diligently to improve your visibility, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. SEO and GEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, algorithm changes, and market conditions. Any metrics shown on our website are illustrative examples, not guaranteed results.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, we may need access to your Google Business Profile, website, and other platforms. You are responsible for providing accurate business information and timely access. You retain ownership of all your business accounts and content.

6. Intellectual property

Content we create specifically for your business (copy, pages, posts) becomes yours upon payment. Our tools, processes, and methods remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, The Social Planet's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance.
